Shipping Policy

Once you've placed your order, with SABRE Bats you will receive your confirmation, and order number via email. on your training bat or baseball ball In the event, you place an order and don't receive an email, contact us. ​ When we confirm your order, you will receive tracking information on your product. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. In the event, you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days contact us with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, returns are only allowed on flawed items. If you were sent a flawed product, please contact us for a proper exchange. Please note, that all products should be unused or unworn. Items returned that appear to be used, will not be honored.

We reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for return/exchange within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item worth over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​ Any returned item must be in its original condition and intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If your request is denied, your product will be sent back to you and you'll be responsible for shipping.
